Scarborough Group International has signed a development agreement with Sheffield City Council to deliver a masterplan for the next phase of Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park. As well as creating up to 1m sq ft of commercial space they will also deliver extensive public realm improvements across an initial 80-acre zone.
