The London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games legacy is rooted in by increased participation in sport, improved health and wellbeing, and economic opportunities for local communities. Through the educational institutions based here, the Park helps see young people from nursery through to higher education and the workforce. Our multi-generational approach will help increase aspirations and improve local economic futures.
Oasis Academy Don Valley
Oasis Academy Don Valley is a coeducational academy, which welcomes students between the ages of 2 to 16 years for nursery, primary, and secondary school.
The Academy’s mission is ‘to provide an exceptional education at the heart of the community, which prepares the children to have a positive impact on the world in their own unique way’. It includes a Community Hub and Hub Council which build partnerships within the local communities to provide integrated, quality services and events for pupils, parents and the wider community.

UTC Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park is a purpose-built specialist academy and sixth form. Students can study different combinations of GCSEs, A Levels and technical qualifications that will open up exciting pathways in computing, health sciences and social care, and sport science.
The curriculum and building have both been designed in collaboration with local and national employers who provide industry projects, work experience and work placements. So students are able to develop technical and employability skills, such as team working and problem solving, that they will continue to use throughout their careers.
