Everyone is invited to our FREE Community Day, an inclusive and accessible event for people of all ages and abilities.
We aim to capture the spirit of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, with an emphasis on inclusivity, accessibility, and community involvement, to help people increase physical activity and improve mental, physical and social wellbeing.
Move More
In collaboration with the National Centre for Sport & Exercise Medicine, we hope to encourage people to Move More and try a range of FREE activities including:

Health & Wellbeing
This year we will again be joined by Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.
Sheffield Children’s will be hosting a range of activities to support children, young people and families to learn more about their health and provide fun and inclusive opportunities to try new sports.
A range of colleagues from the hospital will be hosting an interactive stall where children and families can learn more about the benefits of movement, healthy eating and more.
