Mental fitness workshops at the Canon Medical Arena

Time: 7pm

Offload Programme run in collaboration with Sheffield Sharks and South Yorkshire’s Community Foundation.

Sessions are for men aged 16+  engaging with current and former Eagles players to learn techniques and coping strategies, to help improve and sustain positive mental health.
